Participation to work in the field of Migration Law

Necessary Qualifications

To work in the field of migration law, students of all degree programs as well as interested parties from outside the university can participate in the Law Clinic Augsburg.

Everyone interested in participating in the Law Clinic Augsburg to work in the field of migration law can submit their application during the first three weeks of every summer term (the next training course starts in May 2019).

Submitting your application requires completing an extensive application form describing your motivation for participating in the Law Clinic Augsburg, the nature of your interest in issues of alien law and your writing skills. The decision about your participation lies with the director and the student committee’s team.

After a successful application, members of the Law Clinic Augsburg working in the field of asylum and aliens law attend a two-semester-training-program. Graduates of the training program will receive a certificate that enables them to give legal advice for the Law Clinic Augsburg, either in the form of an expert opinion or personal consultations.

Necessary Qualifications

To work in the field of tenancy law at the Law Clinic Augsburg, students must be starting at least their third term in a law or law and economics degree course.

Students interested in participating in the Law Clinic Augsburg to work in the field of tenancy law can submit their application for the first time in October 2018 to participate in the training course starting in the winter term of 2018/2019.
